Is alcohol included?

No. We are a ‘dry hire’ beverage caterer—meaning we’re not allowed to provide you any of the alcohol. All of the booze must be purchased by you. We do make the process as easy as possible for you by providing a consultation and a shopping list after we’ve determined your menu.

Huh? No alcohol included?

Here’s the bright side: you pay retail price for your alcohol. No 20-25% markup for your alcohol so you can precisely control your alcohol budget. All of the opened & unopened alcohol is left with you at the end of the event. We recommend purchasing from a store that allows returns of any un-opened bottles.

Do you only serve liquor and cocktails?

No way. We will serve whatever your heart desires. No cocktails? No problem. Want kegs of beer? We got you. Champagne toast? Let’s do it.

Do you provide bartenders?

Absolutely. We’ll provide you with however many bartenders are necessary to make sure your event runs smoothly.

What exactly is included?

Everything you need to have an incredible bar experience at any location. We take care of everything pertaining to your bar service the day of your event—this includes ice, cups, all necessary supplies & cocktail ingredients, set up and clean up.

What about tips?

Our pricing does not include gratuity. You can have us add the gratuity to the invoice before payment or provide the gratuity day of. You can also make the call on if there will be a tip jar on the bar at your event.

Start to finish, what does the process look like?

  • Send us a Request for a Quote by sharing your vision for your event.

  • We take 50% of your payment upon booking (the rest is due 1 month prior to the event) and make it official by signing a contract. Payment and signing of the contract are how you lock in your date.

  • 1-3 months before your event: We will schedule a consultation to help you pick your menu. We have dozens of amazing cocktails on our selection list for you to choose from!

  • We then provide you with your alcohol purchasing consultation (shopping list) and hammer out all of the necessary details.

  • Leading up to your event: you can reach out to us at any time with any questions, concerns, or new info. you think may be relevant for us.

  • The day of your event: we arrive 2 hours before start time. You show us where the alcohol is and go on your merry way! You won’t have a care in the world when it comes to bar setup, cleanup, services or supplies.
